work either says it could not find perl58.dll although it is clearly in
my path I guess the dll version is incorrect
I've now changed things in our theoryx5 repository so that
the PAR and PAR-Packer packages (without the -588 extension)
are compiled with the latest ActivePerl. Try installing
these to see if they work.
