I'm using stock strawberry perl 5.8.9.3 on a windows xp vm. I'm seeing a lot of
similar fails while running tests for the module (output
below). I've seen the same behavior on strawberry perl 5.10.1.0. I'm not sure
what to look at here, any help would be appreciated.
