We had actually moved Alioth from lists.gnu.org a few months ago;
because bug-parted was full of spam. I don't know why didn't create a
new Subscriber-Only Mailing List at gnu.org itself, but maybe it was
because gnu.org didn't offer that option, or the fact that we had an SVN
repo at Alioth already.

I think it is now possible to have subscriber only mailing lists on
lists.gnu.org, and they have some new ati-spam features.

Changing the mailing list location now isn't a very wise thing to do :)

Quite right.

Any reason we can or we can not have the bug tracking or feature
requests on Savannah?

Thanks for the information. :-)

Regards,
Debarshi

Universities are places of knowledge. The freshman each bring a
little in with them, and the seniors take none away, so knowledge
accumulates.
