Like what? The only thing that looks at the flag is the microsoft MBR boot code ( which you aren't using anyway with GPT ), and certain broken bioses that insist on there being some partition with the flag set. Since basically every system out there has some partition with the boot flag set, ( and some bioses require it ) I can't see how it could possibly be a problem. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.11 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org/ iQEcBAEBAgAGBQJPJDgFAAoJEJrBOlT6nu75NwMIAMPvZzYewVhhw3thVbrhQde2 8DHCB317Di3c0VF4OZPvvGBeQGSJdtRcLpJElmEMyMRr8PzHPbQ0I/veRfGgK/ph ua2Cn5PyPX/Lk9v+0cy6IkYH7br003sC23OQYjjglv5i0s7wpBFq3r8Tcnz5CS3w mUVWdfLvEgdUAQW1eigZzZAlA9sdw+6TfKKA3jlI2gNlYuxTch1sbKADul4Ae/hE WPd4F6xXIRdTOHpBG3XAFSkJFCzGBXp6ZxdzkVNZjg6VDE6pXm9icJ2q41f/VAxt MYtL9flx5qgWtUFV8cO9RlkA0Igl2EsL1vjOoyKBZLWh0uCtZ8pYHX5AbCNBbiw= =gjSC -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
