I've got a BS in Electrical Engineering Technology working as a consultant
engineer for a large company. Cisco certs have been my "ongoing education"
so far in voice and wireless (infosec is a factor but not my main
specialty). Honestly, unless I head in to sales or go out on my own I have
no intention on receiving any further university degrees. If I somehow end
up heading down the infosec road professionally I was thinking I'd look in
to learning some more math and CS but I don't feel the degree is going to do
much more than waste my money.
