The OSCP is a much more brutal course and it is not for the light hearted. The only drawback is that it does not have much mainstream support by government or corporate America. The upside is that it is highly respected among the security community. I also view the CEH and CISSP as the complete opposite of the OSCP, but if you need those checkboxes filled out, so be it.
