Since nobody argued convincingly (or otherwise) that the current usage has to be reported instead of the anticipated usage, I assumed the AD went ahead and presented the charter update proposal with the 'anticipated usage' to the iesg.

Pete, could you confirm if this has happened or will happen in the near future?

There has been no reflector discussion since 24^th April UK time. Can we now submit the charter proposal to the IESG, or has that already happened?
