Mohlomphegi,
You are echoing the same flimflam that was on the “president’s” communiqué concerning the court order. You come here and tell us that no court can build our movement, yet you recognize the Bloemfontein High Court verdict without understanding the underlying dynamics thereof. You will not succeed in your endeavor to sow confusion and to mislead. Regarding the Bloemfontein Judgment, It was the PAC that was an applicant against the now PAM leaders in their attempt to convene a Conference. The context of that judgment was in the attempt to stop them from calling a Conference. The Dr. Pheko case challenged the legality of the Fort Hare Congress and succeeded and even on appeal. Therefore, The Bloemfontein Judgement means nothing in this case. You say “under this leadership we are able to correct our shortcomings in the PAC”. I am certain you’re not completely teetotal, or perhaps you choose to ignore the facts – for obvious reasons, of course. I shall ignore your threats about our “disciplinary code of conduct” – it’s an old and weak weapon by your ilk to stifle debate. Izwe Lethu!
