Greetings cde Sibeko,

As much as your enquiry was directed to comrade Jaki, I feel obliged to
respond. You are correct that this platform is for political discussions, but
it is also open to all other comrades who want to communicate other social
issues which are also our responsibility as political activist. If we hold a
view that social issues are presented in an apolitical manner it is our
obligation to correct that through robust and constructive criticism. We have
so much confidence to the intellectual capacity of members of this group that
we don't censure inputs or contributions to this network. Political
discussions should not remain discussions but must translate to action
through political and social programmes.

With regard to non participation of certain comrades thus far I can't comment
as I don't know their reasons, but on my part is due to work commitments which
requires me to spend only 8 hours in the office a week to handle administative
matters, the rest I spend in the field. Ofcourse we are missing the
contributions of our pioneers like Cunningham, Jack, Congress, Mashao, Siya
Ndamane and others, but I am sure a majority of them are not participating
due to their busy schedules and work commitments. We wish to appreciate the
inspiring contributions we've been receiving from cde Seroke, cde Xaba, cde
Hulisani and yourself cde Sibeko.

As for political discussions dying that would not happen, the Political
Commissar, cde Dzumbu Mmbara would be rolling out a plan of revitalising this
platform, facebook and other platforms where pan africanist ideas are
discussed. The Secretary General within his tight work schedule would be
leading discussions on inter-party relations and we shall also engage all
comrades who use to make valuable contributions to do so again. It is also
worth noting that facebook popularity has robbed this group some attention,
blame it on technological advances.

We hope cde Sibeko you will join us in our endeavours to revive and
repositioning political discourse on this group. Thanks a million for raising
your concern it was eye opening.

Izwe Lethu!!!
