There are definitely some problems with Rhapsody. The initial screen presents you with a selection of graphics which are all unlabeled. Finding the correct one can be challenging. For example, Graphic 800 brings up Rhapsody radio stations. Once you get past the initial screen much of the content is accessible. Rhapsody is a large library of music which can be searched & the quality is equal to that of a cd. In order to make the service accessible, the player graphics need to be labeled. Rather than giving up on Rhapsody, I suggest that members of this list subscribe & then start making phone calls to Real Networks customer service.
