I wish the graphics were labeled but they may not even understand the
problem as a sighted person can look at the screen and see right away what
to do.  I think blind people need to remember this when they write or call.
They need to spend a little more time than they do explaining what software
vendors can do to address the problems of blind people and not just shouting
that a software package is inaccessible.  As to inaccessibility, all one
needs to do is have someone with some sight sit down with them and label
graphics.  Just in case you haven't seen it, the graphics change a little
depending on whether you're in playlist or cd burning mode.
