ongoing media player problem

[Bud Keith]

i'm trying to open a paypal account and to get around having to type in a
graphical identifier, paypal offers a sound clip for blind folks to hear
what needs to be typed in. apparently they're using media player, and for
some reason my system wants to download the file instead of just playing
it. does anyone know what i need to change to get media player to play
audio links?
