That's a speed issue. Another thing to watch for if you're using .wav sources: apparently, for some technical reason, if the .wav file is a mono source, you need to convert this into stereo, or it only records half of the track. Fortunately, in Sound Forge, this only takes a second to make a stereo file and recut the regions. I don't know anything about protected wma files, since I don't use them. Thanks a lot. Matthew
