Hi Gary,
Goldwave is good for converting .wav files into MP3 files.
The software called EasyCD Extractor from Poico is excellent for ripping
from cd's;
it searches multiple databases for matches & returns you the names & audio
for each track.
Most every time I rip a cd with it, it is found on a database & shows each
track's title.
It is very Jaws friendly.
