What exactly do you mean by direct streams? I'm wondering if perhaps you are under a misconception about what Total Recorder does. If you're looking for a program to record, say, an MP3 stream off the Net and save it as an exact duplicate of what was downloaded in MP3 with no quality loss, Total Recorder will not do this for you.
