Larry, I suspect that Dean is right and that changing the volume settings in Total Recorder may help. However, you might also try playing the stream through Winamp rather than the Live 365 player, particularly if you've been successful with Total Recorder and other streams. I can't remember the steps for changing players but it isn't that difficult. hth.
