Yes, it is possible to change the bit rate and format--when you pull the
files menu down, click save as, then tab over until you land on change.

Open the change and you should land on a list box to change the format, keep
tabbing over and you'll see some of the other changes you can make to the
file.

Hello list:  I have "Total Recorder" on my Windows XP machine; I love it for
recording things..but seems to me that it'll do other things as well; one of
the things I'm wondering about is being able to convert files..or changing
the bit rate..is it possible to be able to do this with Total Recorder?  Am
