Um..afraid this doesn't tell me much; let me explain further: what I want to 
do is to take an already existing file that I have on my computer (actually 
it's on my external drive)..and change the bit rate.  If this can be done in 
Total Recorder 7 (standard)..what do I do to make this magic happen?
