90's. time to move on dude. Ronald Reagan is not president anymore. tape
are not sold anymore and

That's the only Sony Walkman Pro I know of.
I have one of these, I bought it 16 years ago, its a tried and true performer,
i think its been around for a quarter of a century or more in various versions,
have you asked Sony if they'll repair it? Of course it may be a problem getting
parts now as they've been out of production for at least 10 years.
