Hi again guys

Glad I'm not the only one with this issue. I do believe Eset may be part of the issue, because when I downloaded a fresh copy of tapin radio from the rummersoft website, Nod 32 flagged the setup file as some kind of virus, which it wasn't. I would remove Nod 32 as a test but I don't want to put myself at risk from viruses and other bad stuff out there. Even after completely removing the software, I'm talking about even removing the program and all associated registry entries, a re-install of the software exhibits this same behavior. I've not been able to get ahold of them. They're on Facebook, but they've asked people not to send them private messages as they won't see them. so this is a tough one. I'm guessing we'll just have to keep trying. Glad I'm not the only one with the problem.

They _are_ in the states? I didn't think so; maybe they've moved since the
last time I wrote to them!

you may need to reinstall the program. I have never had any problems
with tapin at all. by the way, they are here in the states. good
luck

Thanks Chuck. I'm running the edition of TapinRadio for Windows 7 and
still having the problem so it doesn't appear to be related to the
operating system being used. I hope a solution is found soon!

Regards Steve.

I have had the same problem over the past few weeks. I can't get it to
play at all and can't browse stations in different genres. I am using
the version for Windows 8.1. I also tried to contact them several times
with no response and am not sure where they are based but I think its in
Europe.
