Basically you log into MOS, then go to this link in a different browser window:
https://support.oracle.com/CSP/login?cmd=status
The "priv code" items under "roleList" show which entitlements are connected to
your MOS user. Do you see "FMW" there now? I do, so maybe Oracle granted this
entitlement to every user with a "Premier Support for Operating Systems"
contract to enable this policy change.
