I'm not sure why you want to run 9.1. 8.6 would probably be a
better choice. Maxing out the memory (64 MB) would probably be
a good idea.

No. 6200s don't have a PCI slot, hence no PCI controller.
You can replace the exiting IDE drive with a larger one--however
much larger you want. A 6200 wouldn't be my first choice for a
server; but if you just need it for storage and performance isn't
a big concern, then it may do the trick.
