Is it possible to get a PCI video card designed for wintel machines to work in a MacOS
system? I tried the Diamond Multimedia Stealth 64 Graphics 2000 PCI card in my
SuperMac S900. Apple System Profiler recognizes it, but not the attached monitor, and
nothing else (like Monitors & Sound CP) recognizes even the card.

Is there a difference between the video circuitry on PCI Macs/clones and Wintel
machines or is it a software problem? I have several other Macs and a StarMax
4000/200. Before I go to the effort of trying the card in various machines, I want to
know if theres anything to gain -- or anything to lose, beside time -- in doing so.
