The short answer is maybe.  The long answer is that you need to 
re-program the ROM on the video card to have the necessary Mac code. 
Remember, a video card must be active without using drivers in the OS 
so that you can boot from a generic OS CD and be able to use the 
monitor.   This means the appropriate Mac OS code must be stored on 
the ROM on-board the video card.   Right now, I know that cards based 
on the Nvidia MX-2 chip and the 3dfx Voodoo 3, 4, and 5 boards have 
software you can download and use.   I believe there were 1 or 2 
other companies in the past that supported the Mac also.   This 
software will only be made available by the board and/or chip-set 
manufacturer.
