My 5500 does not have an removable boot ROM. Furthermore, a 7500 will not
need a boot ROM. Since your machine gives a chime, it already has a boot
ROM.

I want to wire an external monitor to my 5500 so I can see if the logic
board video system is OK. How do I do this?
