It is a pattern that has been repeated over and over again in computer
memory.  In this case you MAY see 70nS DIMMs that are in reality 60nS.
They could even be qualified by the manufacturer as 60nS.  Why are they
sold as 70s?  Because Some vendors want to sell 60s and 70s to "round out"
their product line among other reasons.  But you can't trust them.  Some
"70nS" memory may really be 60nS, some may work at 60nS under some
conditions and some may flat out be 70nS and you really have no way of
knowing for sure.  As Kyle said, if it works keep em.  But I wouldn't buy
70nS RAM hoping it works at 60nS.  If there is a price savings it's not
worth it.
