What "flame bait?" I have the experience of more than 200 G3
upgrades...how many
have you done? XLR8 (in my experience) makes the best upgrades. They
clock
faster than most and the installations are easy and (99% of the time)
seamless.

They received bad information from a level-1 phone tech. That's all I
was saying.

I made 3 recommendations on troubleshooting a problematic G3/G4
upgrade. I did
not specify that they should be prepared in a certain order. I did,
however, bash
the upgrade cards in order. Pay attention to detail.

Oh pah-lease. I have been a certified Apple Technician since 1991. I
have
clients such as, the North Face, Organic, Wired Magazine, PowerBar,
Williams
Sonoma, Levi Strauss and the Gap. I don't need to prove anything to a
plebian
antagonist like yourself. I also have list members e-mail me privately
with
problems all day long and have been a member of this list since it's
inception.
