I second this. My Barracuda 4GB was a very hot drive and could probably
have kept the apartment warm during winter. Especially if it's a half-height,
you're asking for trouble. Eventually it suffered a terminal headcrash (but
fortunately while it was under warranty).
I now have a 18GB Barracuda and a 4GB Quantum Atlas II, both low profile SCSI.
