PowerLogix upgrades seem to be very finicky about Ram in general
and Interleaved ram in particular. (At least the ones I've owned)
Try De-Interleaving ALL of the Ram modules and see if that cures the problem.
If not you might want to try running the Ram test in "GaugePro" from
NewerTech to check for a bad Dimm.
