Hello All

Let me back this up

When  bought my zip drive it came with an Installation  Disk and   
instructions:

*PRIOR to boot up insert the Installation Disk into the drive.
*Boot up
*Icon appears on desktop
*follow on screen prompt and install

It worked for me
