Quick question as a start:

Can you boot up to the desk top screen with extensions off?
That is , from power Off, hold down the Shift Key and power on from the 
keyboard.
At least that will tell you that you still have a "blessed" System Folder

  If you can boot up, then go to  Extensions  in the System Folder and 
drag the offending extension to Trash . DO NOT ERASE TRASH

Then reboot

If all is OK maybe I can e-mail you the Extension, assuming you have 
your e-mail set up thru your ISP and have Stuffit Expander working!
