Hi.
I use conflict catcher rather than extension manager but I'm pretty
sure you can hold the space bar down to bring up the extension-
manager control panel and then remove or add control panel and
extensions at will then restart rather than having to fully boot and
dig through the system folder. The (extensions disabled) or (control
panels disabled) folders are strangely there for a reason as is
extension manager.
I could be wrong as conflict catcher has worked very well for me and
I have forgotten what EM could do.
As above, if you can't get it to boot with extensions off you have
a problem.
Personal opinion: throw away "apple strip". Waste of time.
