It is my understanding that you should buy RAM to the following specs
for your 7500:
"128 MB 5V FPM 4K refresh 168 PIN ( 70 or 60ns ) DRAM DIMMS
JDEC MO-161-D Compliant for
Firmware revisions 4.1.7 & 4.1.8 and before"
Why dont you Call OWC and ask them if their DIMMS meet this requirement ?
