I ask all w/ owner of Millennium cards for Macs to look at their 
Flash chip markings that starts w/ 28... or 29... for example:

28c256, 29c512 or 29010 etc.  It's small retangular chip above the 
chipset bit to the left.

Do this same for the Millennium II also because I wanted to know this 
details so I can come prepared when I find a used Millennium II card 
pc version and convert that too for Mac.

I suspect mine's flash chip is too small for this conversion.  If 
true, I can find larger one off the junker boards and use that and 
try again.
