Donovan.....

After you have installed the software, make sure you do a reboot.

Make sure that you connections are good and that your USB card is seated
well.  THEN the printer has to be on for the USB to show up on your
chooser.  If it is not turned on, it will not show up.  If you do have all
the necessary software installed (which it sounds like you do), go to your
chooser and click on the icon,  USB SHOULD show up...

If the card is good, all should work....
