Thanks for the response.
I have not tried any other devices, as yet. I just spent about $150
this last week or so getting the printer, the card and cables, so
have not been in a rush to go out and spend more money yet just to
see if the damn setup will work with other devices.
BTW, have you checked Apple's site recently for OS X compatible Epson drivers?
If you haven't, you may want to check the following link (one of the
MANY that I've been to these last few days):

Don't know if that's what you need, but it sure would be nice if it
was. At least I'd feel like I accomplished something worthwhile this
