I am looking to put a 20-30 GB internal hard drive into the spare space
in my Mac Performa 6400/200 which currently has a 2.4 GB HD. I am
currently running OS 9. I want to be able to partition 20-30 GB drive so
I can copy the contents of the existing internal and external hard
drives each onto their own partitions on the new drive and disconnect
them so I only have one large but partitioned drive. I would also like
to check the copied drives for duplicate files, applications etc. so I
can delete them. Is there software available to allow me to partition a
new drive, how can I copy the contents of each drive onto a specific
partition and is there software for removing duplicate files. Any help
would be appreciated. Please e-mail me at [EMAIL PROTECTED] with
any replies. Thanks.
