Look for somebody else!  Chances are pretty good that you can find the same
item from another seller.  A good resource is the swaplist.  I buy TONS of
things on the Internet and from the people who post to Ebay.  I can't
remember EVER paying tax!  Now, I could be wrong, I lost a good number of
brain cells in the 80's.
