That is correct. Internet purhases can only be taxed if the client lives 
in a state where the company has a physical store. The company I work for 
(Macworks/MacResQ) has 2 locations, one in KS and one in CA and our 
clients are only charged tax if the live in those 2 states, otherwise it 
is illegal for us to charge them tax.
