The bus speed on any PCI PowerMac is good to 50MHz, maybe higher. Basically,
you want to run the highest bus speed your machine will run at without
crashing. There's no real way to tell, except trial and error. For example,
my PowerMac 9500 with its sodered-on motherboard cache will run at a 59.5MHz
bus x 8 = 476MHz on an XLR8 CarrierZIF with an IBM G3 400 1MB.
