You need to do a binary edit of the driver if some of the data does not
match the data in the ROM of the actual card.  There is a document in the
download once you get the driver explaining how to do this much better than
I can.

The cards are kind of crappy, but 1. They are cheap as dirt and 2. They are
faster than the onboard 10baseT.
