A 256k L2 cache was standard issue on 6300 series but with its 603e-160
processor and 40 MHz bus it could only be as fast as a 7600/132. I am not
sure its ROM would recognize 128 MB DIMMs, but at least you can easilty
install an Apple TV tuner (there is an internal slot and cabling for it)
