I had a similarly fine experience with an OWC RAM return. Before 
calling, I had half a dozen reasons for the return, just in case. The 
tech rep was more interested in issuing a RMA quickly, rather than 
grilling me on the reason for return. I guess they don't want to 
waste too much time on these returns.

When I received a replacement remote control for my satellite system, 
they said not to return the defective one, it wasn't worth the 
shipping.
