I have to agree fully with Mark. OWC has always been great with me re. returning defective memory - which in my case is 3 banks out of 32 ordered in the last 14 months. And to top it off, I have never had to pay for the return shipping, which in my case is from Italy! And while one return was on its way back to them, they even let me place an additional order that then shipped (free!) with the replacement RAM. And all this was done thru email, as the long-distance calls would add up pretty quick. Needless to say, they have a very satisfied repeat customer on this side of the Atlantic. Chris H P.S. I do believe they have the policy, as someone stated, that they don't want to "waste time" hassling over whether the problem is their fault or not, as they've probably calculated that it's cheaper in the end to issue the RMA as fast as possible. As to service companies that don't have a no-hassles policy (UPS way out in front, maybe Smalldog) I avoid them at all costs; there are just too many good alternatives that I don't really need the hassle -- PCI-PowerMacs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
