Are you asking if your system can run OS X? Because it can, but the end
result will be quite slow. You're fine, except for the processor speed. I
would really reccomend finding a G3 upgrade card, and a 1MB one if you can.
It makes a world of difference, from what I understand.

Also, no offense, but there is no reason to run OS X so far, unless you just
want to play with a new toy or are doing software development, or if you are
doing some type of file serving-web page hosting arrangement. On some of the
newer machines, there is a good reason, but unless you can think of a reason
to run OS X, there isn't one right now. Maybe in a few months; and most
likely if it's software related, it won't run well on a 133MHz 604 anyway.
