One reason to keep the Comm II 28.8 modem for your 6400:  if you ever don't
need the 6400 as a computer, the 28.8 voice modem and the MegaPhone software
that came on the original 6400 CD make the computer into a nice
full-featured speakerphone and voicemail system.
