AFAIK, the 7500 and 7600 mb's are identical. I believe the only 
difference in the models was the original processors - the 7500 came 
with a 100 mHz 601 and the 7600 had a 120 or 132 mHz 604 or a 200 mHz 
604e.

The 7300 is also the same basic configuration as the 7500/7600, with 
the significant differences being a faster CPU (166 to 200 mHz 604e) 
and it is lacking the video-in card of the 7600 (the "gap" at the 
rear of the mb you mentioned).

The CPU connections are exactly the same (daughterboard connector) in 
the 7500/7600/7300 series, and very different than the 7200 (soldered 
on).

In short, the dealer did you quite a favor!
