I think what Jeremy said, trashing the Finder Prefs might solve it. If not, is there any chance you have a SCSI conflict somewhere? Everything terminated okay? If you have SCSI peripherals try shutting down all power, disconnecting the external SCSI things and start up again. Might at least tell you where the problem is, if it's a scsi issue. --Anna
