I have a Radius 15 color Pivot and have used it with the built in video on a
7100 and an 8500. Soft Pivot worked great with older systems - 7.5.5 and
7.6.1 But didn't work right with 8.1 and didn't work at all with anything
later.

Doesn't require it but works better. I've never seen a PCI based pivot card
though, only Nubus and various PDS (LC and SE/30 types)

If you need it I have the original soft pivot package with manual I could
scan in.

>4. Is there anything else I should know?
Years ago before I became a mom, I worked at Adobe and we had several
Pivots, they dropped like flies. Very high failure rate and as someone
mention, they get dim.

Don't know if I would call it a small footprint, The one I have is a tank.
