If you can find the application "Gauge PRO"
from Newer Technology, you can run it and click on the "System"
tab and it will tell you exactly what kind of memory to use.
I have a 7500/100 and Gauge PRO says:
>
Machine Info: PowerMac 7500/7600 series, WGS 8550
Memory Type: FPM or 5-volt EDO, 168-pin DIMM, 70nSec
>
Looks like this is the same for your 7600.
